Trade In boards can be any brand board. We will most likely be running the Trade In deal up until summer time or just before. If you check out our “Stubby” model on our site this is what we refer to as our “mini LB”. The Stubby we shape anywhere from 6′10 to 8′. It is a great shape for the begginer to an intermediate surfer. We can apply your Trade In to a custom order as well, therefor can shape an 8′6 board custome for your wife. What condition does the trade in have to be? I have one that has a tear in the glass and looking for 6′6″, tri fin, will I still be able to get one for the 250 price?

There are certain restrictions for our $250 with trade-in deal. We are looking for the trade in to have some value to it, regardless we are still able to take your board in and give you credit to apply to a new stick. Come on down and bring your board in so we can take a look at it we would be happy to work with you!

Do the boards have FCS boxes? If so, I want to keep my fins. Will you still do the deal without fins?

I have two boards I might want to trade-in…is there a limit?

Seems silly, but I have to ask..Is there a maximum price that is given for a trade in?

What glass weight is used on the Glider & Evolution, are they gloss & polish finished and does the Glider come as a 3 stringer for the trade in deal. Also is the trade in deal for shop stock or can you order.

Back in the late 80’s - the Surfside Shop days - you (Ed Sakal) shaped me a a board with beveled rails and a “baby swallow”. To this day it was one of my favorite boards ever. Are you still utilizing beveled rails on your shortboards?

Our stock models we do not, but we can shape anything you want!

sakal’s trade-in special is awesome!!!! i got a custom 6′8″ UFO and it looks great couble days ago with a sick air-brush on deck (u-dah da man ed!!), and i can not say enough about the customer service (matt), he makes you fell really comfortable and treats you like a person no matter if you a noice or experiance surfer and he is so helpful. mahalo to you matt !!!
