On custom orders, can a customer request FCS set-ups? And, how open to are you to shaping a custom board that doesn’t quite fit into your templates? (In other words, love the firewire “dominator” template, but not the technology, looking for someone to shape that in regular PU technology

Custom orders can be done with FCS no problem! As far as shapes other than our own templates go, yes we can do anything! We will research and go over exactly what you want and get it done! Thanks Will

I am thinking of purchasing a shortboard (maybe a fish of some-sort). I have been surfing a 9.0″ Becker performance longboard with a squash tail for about 5 years now, and I have gotten good enough to the point where I want to try out a shorter board. What would you recommend for me? I am 5-5, and weigh 130lbs. I usually surf Bolsa Chica.

I would suggest one of our Hybrid models, a Samurai, or even a UFO! Those boards have plently of support for your size yet MUCH more manueverable than a longboard!

which one of your fishes is the most performance in waist to over head waves?

im 12 years old and im looking to buy a shortboard i usually go surfing in tofino, BC im a moderate surfer and way 96 pounds whats the best board for me.

I have a used board i only used for 6 months, is pretty new. If a trade in the board, can i order a board or do i need to get one of the surfboard of the store?

I was looking for something like the CI pod but i dont like the prices…I was really happy with the zero gravity that you shaped for me like 5 years ago but i recently busted the fin box and it is unridable until i get it fixed (if i do get it fixed)…I was just wondering if you had any suggestions about what kind that would be most similar to…the seed? ufo? Love your stuff…Is it true getting a custom in epoxy is only another 50?

hey i want to get a shortboard this is my first time getting a surfboard but im a quick learner and my friends surf im 6 ft and weigh 150 lbs what do you suggest ?

Well, if you want a shortboard, but you are just starting out, I would suggest the Bullit, Wasp, or the UFO. These are all great shortboard models but offer a bit more foam to support you while just starting out.
